We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Officer to take on a key leadership role in our organization. This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring that the company runs efficiently across all departments. This is a hands-on position where you will directly impact the success and growth of the business by optimizing internal operations and overseeing strategic projects.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring business functions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Take responsibility for internal process optimization, including administrative tasks and operational workflows.
  • Implement, optimize and administer a document management system as a key project.
  • Manage commercial operations, focusing on business process improvement and financial oversight.
  • Ensure the company is operating legally and effectively with the authority to sign off on necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute the company’s operational strategy.
  • Organize and structure office processes, bringing clarity and efficiency to the team.
  • Mentor and manage internal teams, driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Take initiative as a proactive leader who is both hands-on and strategic, ready to solve problems and implement solutions.

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen or BWL preferred).
  • Proven experience in an operational role, ideally in a senior commercial/administrative operations management capacity.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets and optimize financial processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and administrative optimizations.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes initiative to organize and structure the office environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive company goals and foster a positive work culture.
  • English and German proficiency at business level
  • Familiarity with document management systems and business process automation is a plus.
