- Analyzing the current maturity of the clients Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and tools
- Recording of clients processes and requirements, e.g. by inspection, interviews, or data evaluation
- Design and implementation of S&OP processes, e.g. forecasts, reporting, alignment and steering processes
- Alignment of processes with all affected stakeholders
- Analyzing the client’s logistics data
- Design and alignment of KPIs for the steering of the S&OP
- Visual preparation of data and results, as well as their presentation
- Support in project management and project communication
- Completed studies in the field of business administration/commerce, industrial engineering, (business) informatics, mathematics, or a similar quantitative field, ideally with reference to logistics.
- First professional experience in the field of Sales and Operations Planning
- First experience in the design and implementation of planning tools
- Experience with the analysis of large amounts of data, as well as the modeling and visualization of complex interrelationships
- Experienced in the use of MS-Office, especially Excel
- Basic understanding of databases
- Basic knowledge of an analytically applicable programming language (Python, R, Java, …)
- Business fluent English skills
- Upper mid-level German skills
- First experience in project management is an advantage
- High communication, motivation, and enthusiasm skills
- Occasional willingness to travel within Europe
