Are you a strategic relationship builder who can manage key accounts with empathy, professionalism, and great communication? In this role, you’ll actively drive business development by pitching RaiseNow to new partners, negotiating contracts, and expanding our network across fundraising, SaaS, payment, and agency ecosystems.
As our new Senior Partner Manager (f/d/m), you will shape and execute our partnership strategies, opening new markets and strengthening RaiseNow’s position across Europe.
Your Mission
As our new Senior Partner Manager (f/d/m), you will:
- Manage RaiseNow’s ecosystem of partners (100+ partnerships), with a focus on relationship management of gold & premium partners (15-20) that generate the most value for RaiseNow.
- Further develop our partner network strategy and establish partners as a driver for European business development.
- Coordinate & monitor partner onboarding with support from Product & Customer Success.
- Oversee partner communication with support from marketing.
- Generate leads from partners for the sales team.
- Report on revenue through partners and grow partner-related revenue.
- Identify and prospect new key partners.
- Profound experience in partner management.
- Experience in consulting or client relation management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong experience in cross-team collaboration.
- Strong technical know-how in CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Knowledge of the non-profit, fundraising, or payment industry.
- Technical understanding of B2B SaaS and other technical topics (e.g., usage of APIs & webhooks).
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented working approach, using data to your advantage.
- Very good command of written and spoken English (C1) and German (C1).
Please note: This position can be based in our Berlin office or be fully remote within Germany. Part-time scope: 80-100%.
