As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling our mission to raise the standard of secondary care and make it accessible to all by growing our curated network of high quality consultants.
- Be responsible for growing our existing network of 200 consultant partnerships by focusing on building new partnerships in the South.
- Use your extensive sales and industry experience to ensure you have a highly strategic approach to identifying and progressing new opportunities.
- Confidently present Medbelle to consultants in person or virtually and get them excited about our vision and proposition.
- Manage the cross-departmental, end-to-end onboarding process of consultants from initial pitch to final implementation.
- Work closely with consultants to understand their needs, determine how Medbelle can best support and complement their existing practice, and what we can do to support their patients.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the Partnerships Team to ensure new consultant partnerships are set up for long term success.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in a similar sales/account management role in the Healthcare industry with a focus on B2B medical sales, specifically orthopedic device sales
