Description
- As a People Business Partner you are responsible for direct people partnering with the sales & operations (commercial) teams in Germany and their management teams.
- You ensure an engaged organization and act as an ambassador for the Gamma culture and values.
- You maintain high levels of positive employee experience for the employees in Germany by acting as coach and trusted adviser to local management teams and employees.
- You provide advice and executional support to the Group Functional Business Partners.
- You are implementing policies and projects with regards to People Services, Recruitment, Talent/ Learning and Reward with full support from the central team of specialists (COE’s).
- You personally engage in Recruitment and Employer Branding activities for and within Germany.
- You establish and maintain trusted partnership with the works councils in all German locations.
Hybrid role
- This is a hybrid role with flexibility – our team comes together in our offices (Oberkotzau, Cologne) as well as ensure they are connected when at home.
- Academic or bachelor’s degree level of education and thinking required in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner acting on an operational and strategical level and with a strong preference for having some transformational experience.
- Capable of seamlessly transitioning between strategic thinking and hands-on execution and being able to promptly deliver solid advice.
- Knowledge and insight into organizational development change processes.
- Experience in German Labor law and working in a works council environment.
- Adapt easily to different settings and cultures within the organization.
- Act as an innovative and creative professional.
- An open, agile mind and always thinking in solutions.
- Empathetic personality with persuasiveness and decisiveness.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English and German language capabilities.
