The Industrialization & Verification organization is an integral part of the R&D organization within Ericsson Antenna Systems. Join our team as a Performance Control Architect, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our success from prototype to production. As a key member of our Verification and Industrialization team, you’ll develop vital KPIs and reporting frameworks that drive transparency and empower continuous improvement.
- Analyze complex performance problems and design effective solutions
- Model processes, technologies, and other organizational elements
- Collect process performance data and relay this information to process owners and other relevant stakeholders
- Define and control project-related KPIs, time schedules and information flows
- Drive problem-solving initiatives & root cause analysis on process
- Lead interdisciplinary optimization projects
- Help process owners and management teams design or improve their performance management systems
- Support the creation of strategy presentations
- Contribute to special projects (e. g. SAP workflow definition)
- Completed (commercial or technical) university degree, e. g. in business administration alternatively apprenticeship with further training as a technician
- Strong experiences in process management
- Solid understanding of SAP
- Strong method competence
- Structured and results-oriented way of working
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
- Excellent written and spoken English
