- Performance Marketing Management: You are an active part of our performance marketing team and continuously manage and expand our channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and potential new channels.
- Campaign Management: You will independently plan new campaigns on Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and App to raise Studydrive’s profile. You will work closely with the Design & Content team to implement creative ideas.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Your daily routine consists of continuous experimentation with creatives, bid techniques and target audiences to meet or exceed set KPIs.
- Budgeting: You will manage a 6-figure marketing budget across 5+ European markets and ensure that it is efficiently distributed across the different channels.
- Tracking & Reporting: Together with the BI & Data Engineering team, you define target groups and tracking events. Using tools such as Power BI and MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer…), you regularly analyze the extent to which campaigns are achieving their goals and derive optimization measures from this.
- Analysis & Communication: You analyze campaign performance, derive recommendations for action and regularly communicate the results to your team leader and the team.
- You have at least 3 years of practical experience with performance marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing data, driving insights and putting recommendations into practice is firmly anchored in your DNA
- You are very familiar with Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads and other paid social channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok and others). You understand Attribution and are no stranger to mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Adjust or AppsFlyer & Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SDK & Pixel tracking
- Experience with campaigns optimizing for profitability & ROAS
- Various marketing funnels and the associated tracking events are your second home, and you could talk for hours about CRO techniques
- You are curious by nature and love to try out new trends and acquisition channels.
- You always have the goal in mind, a positive outlook on life, work methodically and can prioritize tasks independently
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
