- Prepare timelines, team plans, and on-call schedules for routine Galileo Satellite Constellation Operations.
- Coordinate inputs from various teams involved in Galileo Constellation Operations, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Support constellation planning from the Galileo Control Center in Italy, traveling up to 2-3 times per year for both planned and unplanned scenarios as needed.
- Maintain and enhance internally developed VBA and Python tools, ensuring they remain effective and up-to-date.
- Keep operational planning processes and procedures well-maintained and efficient.
- Manage and update the planning input database to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Contribute to the improvement and updating of Planning Analyst training materials, helping to develop the team’s expertise.
- Support Ground Control Segment validation and testing activities, playing a key role in ensuring operational readiness.

In line with security requirements for the concerned missions of this position, the candidate has to hold a European citizenship . Evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process. Furthermore, in view of the nature of the work the company is in, all potential employees will undergo stringent reference and identity checks.
What we are looking for
- A degree in Telecommunications engineering or in a similar subject
- Solid technical background, preferably in IT or Telecommunications domain
- Proficiency in Linux command line tools, as well as VBA and Python
- Fluent in English, both in speech and writing

Working hours: full time, 40h/week
