PLC Programmer (m/f/d)

SHW Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of moving column machines and machining centers for the machining of large parts.

For our location in Aalen Wasseralfingen we are looking for a committed and open-minded PLC programmer (m/f/d) to complete our team as soon as possible.

• Development of software for control systems from Heidenhain, Siemens or Fanuc
• Carrying out software commissioning and completing the systems before delivery at our premises
• Design and implementation of new development projects in the field of digitalization of machine tools
• Design, optimization and adaptation of visualization interfaces
• Connection and commissioning of third-party software

• You have successfully completed a degree in electronics, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc machine control systems and how to program them
• Confident in the field of control technology and automation of machine tools
• Willingness to travel globally (approx. 25%) and good English skills
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills
