PMO IT Senior vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the manufacturing sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Several years of working experience in a PMO role
  • Experience in escalation management and milestone management
  • Strong organisational skills and detail oriented work attitude coupled with methodical planning
  • Good knowledge of quality management and resource management
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Planning and conducting the IS program and IS project portfolio to appointed targets with respect to time, budget and quality of functionality, in coordination with internal or 3rd party project execution resources
  • Developing a PMO related project portfolio together with functional and business unit leadership with alignment of the overall company program/project portfolio and business objectives and priorities
  • Supporting and implementing a stable and flexible IS program and IS project execution methodology for utilisation through the organisation
  • Leading the PMO team and supervising the delivery according to targets
  • Acting as the escalation point for issues needing resolution
