PMO / Project Support / Project Assistant- vacancy requiring profound MS Office knowledge for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Prior experience in a PMO or Assistant Role
  • Competent handling of MS Suite Tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt new tools and procedures such as Jira and Confluence
  • Familiarity with MS SharePoint and Teams as well as with Coupa is beneficial
  • Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Monitoring the project budget
  • Supporting project planning
  • Organising meetings
  • Preparing slides and documents for management presentations
  • Performing administrative tasks such as setting up meetings and follow-ups with people that have issues with timely delivery
