Portfolio Manager ServerManagement (f/m/d)

Legal Entity: Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH

Working hours: 40 hours/week

  • Within the global Portfolio Management Team for Datacenter Products / Integrated Systems, you will be responsible for the definition, implementation and improvement of our ServerManagement solutions as part of our Fujitsu DataCenter portfolio. Your task will be to ensure that our ServerManagement portfolio meets customer and market requirements and competes effectively with the offering of our competition.
  • Planning and managing market relevant and competitive ServerManagment solutions, such as iRMC, ISM, ServerView incl. different plug-ins, relevant for automation of Server-Lifecycle-Operations of PRIMERGY Servers and Fujitsu infrastructure, comprising PRIMEFLEX and other solutions of Fujitsu portfolio.
  • Understanding the European market, competition and user needs based on continuous communication with customers, partners and the Fujitsu sales organizations.
  • Regular sync with Business Development, Marketing, Competency Centers and Fujitsu EMEA sales regions and End customers
  • Continuous exchange and collaboration with the product owners in Fujitsu Japan and the development team in Poland, but also external technology partners
  • Evaluation of potential new portfolio candidates based on the MRD (Market Requirement Document) process, practicing the pragmatic marketing approach.
  • Evaluate, prioritize and drive product requirements in close cooperation and alignment with Fujitsu Japan and Business Development team
  • Permanently monitor competitive situation and track technology trends
  • Define project deadlines and product target cost from an economical point of view
  • Sales and marketing support, customer presentations and support at exhibitions – remotely and in presence
  • Contribute to development and control of the business plan definition and achievement
  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of relevant processes (Offering, Quoting, Ordering, Configuration etc.

  • University degree in business or engineering studies or comparable qualification
  • Proven skills within product management, ideally paired with technical / hands-on experience in ServerManagement
  • Several years of experience in product management or customer projects, focusing server Management and / or automation
  • High customer orientation, economic thinking and acting as well as analytical skills
  • You have a strong team spirit and excellent presentation and negotiating skills
  • You inspire and excite your environment and want to contribute to the most innovative IT topics
  • You have intercultural skills and experience to work in international, virtual teams
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
