A fundamental part of our growth strategy is to accelerate the development and expansion of our SAP Sustainability Business globally. As such we now wish to appoint a senior role to be responsible for the future business development of this important line of business. In summary this key position will be responsible for management and co-ordination of the following business development functions:

■ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop propositions using digital content, thought leadership, campaign support, social media engagement, events, webinars, and customer advocacy

■ Contribute to competitor analysis and development of win strategies for deals

■ Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales support, including high-quality RFP responses and compelling proposals

■ Engage with clients to define and establish requirements and outcomes

■ Support and update our ‘Go-to Market’ (GTM) sustainability strategy and approach

■ Design innovative services that meet client requirements, optimize cost, and deliver value within budget

■ Prepare commercially viable service estimates and support the development of deal-specific pricing and commercial strategies

■ Present solution approaches to clients, deliver SAP (and non-SAP) solution demonstrations, and create project deployment plans for sustainability solutions

■ Excellent knowledge of SAP sustainability solution architecture with pre-sales and demo experience across multiple solutions (SAP Sustainability Control Tower, SAP Responsible Design & Production, and SAP Sustainability Footprint Management)

■ SAP Sustainability certifications (Certification Hub, Learning Hub and OpenSAP) and SAP Presales certifications

■ Excellent facilitation, presentation, and personal communication skills with strong abilities to build relationships at all levels, and operate at a senior level

■ Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of working effectively in dynamic environments; confident in facilitating workshops and design thinking sessions

■ Strong commercial acumen with a value-based selling approach, and excellent English language skills (written and verbal)

■ Compliant to relevant policies and procedures, report issues beyond scope of authority, and make decisions appropriate to responsibilities
