In this role, you will manage the entire production process for galvanic processes of existing and new products from the initial idea to implementation. This includes developing production concepts, manufacturing and evaluating prototypes and ensuring seamless execution.
Working with multi-disciplinary teams, you will utilize our extensive network of internal and external partners to develop cutting-edge production technologies for future direct fastening consumables.
You will also play a key role in improving existing state-of-the-art galvanic process, while working closely with product development to improve related products. With your expertise in galvanic and coating processes you will be the key expert in our manufacturing environment. You will drive excellence and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.

What you need is:
- University degree (MSc.) in Chemistry Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in electro plating or chemical process engineering and proven project management skills
- Hands-on mentality, a passion for innovation and an analytical mindset
- Strong social skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills and advanced technical English; German is a plus
