– Further development of processes and products in the area of ID documents
– Perform risk analysis through product qualification in collaboration with international laboratories
– Definition, qualification or release of new products for mass production
– Production of customer-specific prototypes
– Development of new security features for ID document market
– Analysis and penetration testing of ID documents
– Definition of technical requirements, desired features and initial concept for future machine development
– Definition and introduction of new procedural instruction

– Successfully completed studies or further training as a technician/engineer in the fields of physics, chemistry, plastics technology or a comparable technical field
– First experience as a process engineer (m/f/d) is desirable
– Strong affinity for technology, experimentation and innovation
– Analytical skills
– Creative, solution oriented mindset
– Teamwork and communication skills
– Willingness to travel (5%)
