Together we continue to expand our fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden.

  • As a MEMS Process Expert, you are responsible for pre-development of novel dry etch processes for highly innovative future MEMS products in 300 mm
  • You play a central role in transfer, adaption and development of new MEMS processes and equipment for our highly automated 300 mm line in cooperation with research institutes for fundamental development and equipment vendors for industrialization towards volume production
  • In addition, you will carry out economic feasibility studies and cost comparisons of new processes, technologies and systems under the framework of technical implementation, capacities and future requirements
  • Furthermore, you plan and execute experiments autonomously, coordinate the necessary analyses and evaluate the results in close cooperation with the team
  • You follow up the development goals as a part of an expert team of various domains in close cooperation with frontend manufacturing and overall process development
  • To reach the goals, you rely on a combination of intensive teamwork, high personal responsibility and self-dependence

  • Personality: Enthusiastic, problem-solving, assertive, self-initiated, creative, team player, able to work under pressure
  • Working Practice: Systematic, goal-oriented, decisive
  • Experience and Know-How: Several years of professional relevant experience or PhD, very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics and semiconductor technology; knowledge of relevant analytical methods beneficial; excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
  • Language: Very good knowledge of English, German a plus
  • Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences or comparable qualification
