As Process Owner Demand Management (m/f/d) you will be assuming the end-to-end responsibility for the demand management process, optimization and its implementation.

Process responsibility:

  • Assuming end-to-end responsibility for the demand management process
  • Ensuring compliance with and further development of process standards and guidelines
  • Regular review and optimization of the demand management process
  • Coordination and optimization of the interfaces of the demand management process with other affected processes and their process owners for consistent process harmonization and optimization (e.g., finance, controlling, procurement, demand delivery, compliance)
  • Further development of the demand management process in the agile project environment

Requirements management:

  • Recording, analysis and prioritization of requirements from various business areas for the demand management process
  • Coordination and moderation of requirements workshops with stakeholders
  • Creation and maintenance of a central requirements register

Coordination and communication:

  • Close cooperation with the business segments, IT, and external partners
  • Ensuring transparent communication and reporting on the status of the requirements
  • If necessary: Mediation between the various stakeholders and finding solutions to conflicts

Quality management:

  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the requirements documentation
  • Conducting process and requirements reviews
  • Development and implementation of KPIs to measure process performance

Risk management:

  • Identification and assessment of risks in the demand management process
  • Development and implementation of risk mitigation measures

  • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of demand management, process management or a similar function
  • Extensive expertise in the areas of process management and requirements management
  • Very good knowledge of ServiceNow required, Jira desirable
  • Experience in working with various stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
  • Leadership skills, especially with a focus on international teams
  • Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT or other relevant frameworks
  • Experience in agile frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English, good German skills are an advantage
