Process / Transition Manager vacancy requiring profound HR knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the luxury goods sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • 5+ years working experience in the HR field with proven know-how and best practices, preferably within a multinational environment
  • Expertise as a project manager along with experience in process mapping and design, change management knowledge is advantageous
  • Competence of ensuring high quality standards combined with leadership skills
  • Collaborative mindset combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • University degree in HR or a related field
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Taking responsibility for process related activities mainly during the stabilisation phase for assigned location projects
  • Ensuring consistency in processes cross-location projects based on a broad understanding of HR processes and identifying as well as managing process change impact based on the defined approach
  • Answering questions related to HR processes as well as creating process-related documentation and templates
  • Leading team members of location projects as well as executing the transfer of processes to the teams and stabilising the new set up along with hand over to line organization
  • Working closely with the HR processes lead in all process related matters
