The Opportunity:

As our Product Manager – Compliance, Security, and Audit, you will drive the evolution of our security, compliance, and audit offering, ensuring our enterprise customers can operate with trust, transparency, efficiency and regulatory alignment.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global commerce as part of our passionate Product Management team at commercetools.

Your Mission:

  • Research and innovate in the commerce security and compliance space as part of a cross-functional product team focused on ensuring data security, regulatory compliance, and robust auditing capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with your UX designer and engineers to identify opportunities, discover effective solutions, and deliver them to the market
  • Contribute to the product vision and strategy of our Audit Log and other propositions in collaboration with product leadership and define the roadmap for your team
  • Become a commercetools product expert, developing a deep understanding of our customers’ security audit and compliance needs
  • Shape your way of working – we believe in strong and independent teams
  • Continuously learn from and with your colleagues and a leadership team committed to your personal and professional growth
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Security team, with engineering, product strategy product marketing and peers to build solutions that add value to customers

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager driving product initiatives with modern discovery and delivery techniques
  • General knowledge of digital commerce and security best practices
  • Basic understanding of APIs, SaaS products, and security frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data, regulatory insights, and customer requirements into product decisions and actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships and engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or related fields, providing a solid foundation for strategic thinking and technical understanding

Nice to have:

  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001
  • Familiarity with commerce security platforms and audit solutions
  • Experience with developing API-based SaaS products focused on security and compliance

This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our local office.
