To strengthen our Milwaukee® team in Winnenden as soon as possible, we are looking for a dedicated
Product Manager (m/f/d) – Milwaukee® Hand Tools
- Defining innovative product features and specifications required by the professional end user on future product launches;
- Conduct core user research on jobsites across the main EMEA markets to collect, analyze, consolidate, report user needs and requirements in new product development projects;
- Managing product launches through the business, with emphasis on production dates and availability in the European warehouses, product detail such as manuals, packaging, catalogues, online, etc., pan-European price positioning to and back from the EMEA regions and monitoring the performance of the product streams against given targets;
- Working with the global product management and engineering teams to deliver the right product for the right target user groups at the right price point;
- Working with the sales and marketing teams in region to deliver the necessary products for range, national promotions, as well as key account specific promotions;
- Working with the marketing team on launch packs, merchandising and marketing materials to support the products;
- Supplier visits across the globe to stay on top of product development;
- Present products at large and small customer groups at events in EMEA.
- A STEM degree/university with a focus on mechatronics or a similar technical qualification, ideally with experience in product management;
- Good presentation skills;
- Good English language skills both spoken and written;
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office;
- Willingness to travel, approx. 20%.
