nWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner to build a new play & earn blockchain core game with our team based in Berlin. With your combined experience in game design and product management, you will be responsible for the overall vision, quality, and success of the game and directly work with Legendary Play management. Your decisions will matter from day one and you pave the way for our next game.nn

nYour responsibilitiesnn

  • nYou act as the vision keeper for the product, championing the audience’s view and making sure everyone is focused on the same well-defined goal.nn

n

  • nYou prioritize the feature roadmap for the game based on short and long-term goals you help to set up.nn

n

  • nYou take ownership of the product by leading the game design efforts in close collaboration with the design team.nn

n

  • nYou act as a subject matter expert in free-2-play product management and know-how to build engaging mobile games.nn

n

  • nYou lead the process of creating a sustainable and scalable blockchain economy by working closely together with economists and game designersnn

n

  • nYou collaborate with the Project Manager to run successful planning sessions, as well as sprint reviews and retrospectivesnn

  • nYou collaborate closely with blockchain advisers, the BI team, the community, and the marketing team to measure and ensure the success of the productnn

  • nYou manage the relationship and communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensure transparency on the product’s status and prepare reports with meaningful data on the game’s performance.nn

nYou have a strong background in the mobile games industry and a passion for Esports. Flexibility, a love for fast-paced environments, and knowledge of lean principles are definite pluses.nn

  • nYou are an experienced product manager and can show examples of your previous work that drove business growth.nn

n

  • nYou worked on at least one mobile game as a product owner. Ideally from concept to release and beyond.nn

  • nYou understand the Esports world and audience and watch or play regularlynn

  • nYou are a data-driven problem-solver who knows how to uncover problems by looking at KPIs and getting insights from the community, and how to apply your design skills to solve these problems.nn

  • nYou know your theory. You’re not afraid to work with frameworks like MDA or PENS to develop a perfect understanding of your players’ needs and expectations.nn

  • nYou love to work with a game development team as a leader and help them to “find the fun” in the game they are building.nn

  • nYou are up to date with the fast-paced mobile games market with good knowledge of the industry landscape and mobile game KPIs.nn

  • nYou are interested in shifting from a f2p business model mentality to building a sustainable economy that facilitates trade with blockchain.nn
