As the product leader of our Growth Platform, you w ill:

  • Own and drive Shore’s online payment strategy
  • Expand online payment adoption
  • Lead API integrations with third-party payment providers
  • Work closely with our payment provider
  • Identify new opportunities to expand and enhance our payment platform
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization
  • Measure success through key KPIscustomer adoption, transaction volume, conversion rates, and overall satisfaction.

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background i payments and/or fintechn .
  • Experience in driving online payments, integrations, and building solutions on top of them .
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured and pragmatic thinkerwith an iterative, data-driven approach to product development.
  • Highly autonomous and proactive
  • Experience with API integrationsand understanding of payment processing workflows (authorization, settlement, chargebacks, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with Stripe
  • Compliance knowledge
