As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development and market launch of our therapy planning software, designed specifically for outpatient cancer therapy centers. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle – from strategy to development and successful launch – bridging the gap between doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and logistics to improve cancer treatment workflows.

You will act as the key link between our development team and stakeholders, including clinical staff and technical service providers. Leveraging your deep understanding of medical workflows, you will define the product vision, prioritize features, and drive their development. Working closely with your team, you will create innovative software solutions that automate manual tasks, ensuring greater safety, precision, and efficiency in cancer therapy.

Product Vision and Roadmap: Further develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for our software solution for infusion therapy planning in oncology.

Product Development: Acting as the Product Owner for a dedicated software development team, translating customer feedback into actionable improvements and new features—from requirements management through prioritization and sprint planning to testing.

Quality Assurance and Usability: Ensure high product quality and user-friendliness, including conducting tests, evaluating feedback, and continuously improving the software.

Market and Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends and competition to strengthen our product positioning and develop innovative features for infusion therapy planning.

Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain product documentation and closely coordinate with all project participants.

Team Lead: Build and lead the software team, responsible for recruiting top talent.

Market Introduction: Oversee the launch of our software products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain close relationships with our strategic customers to gather valuable feedback and insights.

Education: Degree in medical technology, computer science, biomedical informatics, health sciences, or a comparable qualification.

Professional Experience: Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in software development, ideally in medical technology or digital health solutions.

Expertise in Outpatient Healthcare and Oncology: Experience in outpatient patient care or oncology workflows and practical experience with healthcare software products are advantageous but not required.

Technical Understanding: Good knowledge of agile development processes and understanding of software, interfaces, and regulatory requirements in medical technology (ISO 13485, MDR).

Analytical and Organizational Skills: Structured, goal-oriented working style and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear development goals.

Communication Skills and Team Spirit: Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams, communicate requirements clearly, and foster creative solutions.

Influence: Play a central role in the development and implementation of innovative medical products that directly enhance the quality of life for patients.
