Together with you, we want to make the future of the automotive industry more digital, electric and safer. In addition to innovative and green technology, we are relying on a diverse team on the road to sustainable luxury, in which everyone can contribute their experiences, skills and personality. The Mercedes-Benz Sindelfingen plant is one of the most traditional vehicle plants of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. This is where luxury and luxury class vehicles (including EQ vehicles) are produced.
Our department is responsible for AMG.EA production at the Sindelfingen site. We then offer you an individual development of your personal and professional skills in a work environment that promotes openness, community and commitment.

You share our passion for performance and are passionate about learning new things and getting involved?

Then you’re right with us. Join us and start your career in body manufacturing.

  • You support the start-up of two new AMG models, check compliance with the criteria for the required process stability, in particular the output and availability of all systems in assembly from the design phases to production standard
  • Together with your colleagues, you ensure the series production suitability of the assembly systems from a production perspective – you already appear in the design meetings from the design phase and monitor the system setup
  • One of your key tasks is to work on cross-departmental safeguarding measures in close cooperation with management – you carry out complex analyzes and independently coordinate working groups to develop solutions
  • You work together with the development and planning teams involved to influence the influencing factors relevant to vehicle quality at an early stage in the product creation process – this shows possible solutions for production-compatible product design

  • You regularly coordinate with your colleagues and supervisors, take responsibility for sub-projects as well as diverse and exciting tasks with an impact on the entire unit
