The aim of the position is to manage the production of stamped parts and aerosol cans, ensuring appropriate processes, to maintain product quality and cost efficiency, in accordance with the Trivium key values. You will be responsible for the permanent optimization of all processes in the subordinate areas.

In detail, your tasks will include:

  • Planning and control of the production area to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness and adherence to the production schedule in accordance with the annual budget
  • Monitoring and supporting department and shift managers in personnel planning within shifts; Ensuring functioning personnel scheduling based on the requirements of production planning
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the staff of the Ends and Cans departments as well as motivation of a successful team that improves its performance and embodies the Trivium values
  • Assess and develop the team’s skills based on role expectations. Building the team’s skills to grow into future roles. Securing succession for key roles, working with HR on the succession plan
  • Monitor production metrics and parameters, including scrap and efficiency, and initiate any necessary improvement measures
  • Responsibility for material consumption and functionality of machines and equipment
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of processes, implementation of improvement initiatives and application of NSSO methods for process optimizatio
  • Participation in the preparation of the annual budget
  • Representation of the plant in national and international working groups
  • Assumption of entrepreneurial duties in the assigned area of responsibility

• Completed technical studies or master craftsman training in a metalworking profession
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the metalworking industry
• Experience in production technology
Fluent in German and English
• Good business acumen and understanding of customer needs
• Clear understanding of technical processes and procedures
• Good communication and cooperation skills at all levels, team player
• Several years of management experience
• Results-oriented approach
