  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of global DEI learning, programs, campaign, and resources across the organization.
  • Lead a strategic portfolio of Circana’s BRGs and key DEI volunteer groups including enhancing our governance, development and COE capabilities that create a force multiplier effect for advancing the DEI strategy with and through the groups.
  • Support the development of the DEI measures and metrics: use data to measure progress and inform strategy and priorities.
  • Work across the HR partners to integrate DEI concepts and applications into all people facing activities (e.g., recruiting, development, learning, engagement, people technology, analytics, and rewards, etc.).
  • Responsible for engaging with various business, corporate and HR teams to support communication of DEI content for company materials (e.g., website, recruiting materials, etc.), DEI targeted communications, award submissions and otherwise maintaining DEI content internally and externally.
  • Assist in leading change management.
  • Provide project management support for all DEI programs and initiatives.

  • Experience working in DEI, Consulting, Program/Project Management, Learning and Development or Human Resources experience in talent management, organizational culture or as a business partner conducting DEI activities.
  • Ability to engage in a consultative manner, demonstrating strong analytical skills. Demonstrate proficient expertise in working with large data sets to glean and integrate insights to develop actionable initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong business writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees required.
  • Flexible and adaptive in approach, comfortable with ambiguity and imperfection as all decisions can be reversed.
  • Self-motivated, team player, ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation as appropriate
