About the opportunity: Due to continuous growth and several new contract projects, we have the exciting opportunity to add an experienced and confident preclinical trial project manager to our team based in Munich, Germany.

– Conception and implementation of preclinical studies on a national/international level
– Selection, training and supervision of the test participants
– Planning and execution of on-site and remote monitoring visits
– Preparation of study protocols, forms, study reports and individual customer procedures
– Determine staffing needs and communicate resource needs
– Planning of data analysis, coordination of statistical support of the study and quality controls
– Monitor inventory of investigational drugs and shipment of study materials
– Serve as a liaison between the project team and customers, labs, suppliers, investigators/sites, and other personnel.
– Manage project budgets

About you We are looking for a qualified, dedicated and dynamic professional with a university degree in veterinary medicine or equivalent, ideally followed by experience in veterinary practice and/or clinical research. So, what are we looking for: The ideal candidate will have a background in study monitoring or project management, a basic understanding of business principles and financial management, as well as knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other relevant VICH guidelines, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), data management, quality control, quality assurance and relevant legislation. Excellent communication skills in English are essential and knowledge of German and another foreign language is an advantage. Knowledge of software tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. In addition, the role involves travel to investigative sites (approximately 30% of the time), and the ideal candidate will have a valid Class B driver’s license and passport for this role.
