Extending our international team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager Digital Design.
Racyics® is Europe’s leading design service provider for mixed-signal system-on-chip design and turnkey services in advanced nodes.
We deliver professional analog, digital and mixed-signal design services tailored to the customers’ needs with focus on realization of complex System-on-Chips in leading edge technology nodes. Our team of more than 100 employees covers the complete chip design process up to system architecture development. Racyics is working for major German and international semi-custom companies both as a service provider and in collaborative partnerships.
- Manage the full mixed-signal/RF SoC IC development including all the technical aspects of the design
- Work together with the mixed-signal/digital/PnR/DFT design leads, ensure efficient execution of the project and lead technical discussions
- Review, interpret, analyze and challenge customer Request for Quotation (RfQ)
- Create internal ASIC/SoC system specifications
- Acting as the main point of contact between project team and stakeholders
- Interact with customer to provide IC expertise and to ensure successful project execution
- Prioritize and define work responsibilities for the project team
- Report to Management status, risk and progress
- Help improve the design flow and methodology at Racyics
- Support hiring activities and candidate selection
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or similar
- At least 5+ years experience in project management and team leadership
- Extensive hands-on experience (8+ years) in SoC design across one or more areas:
- Major IPs and SoC protocols (e.g., Arm Cortex-M3, AHB/APB)
- RF architectures for transmitters and high-speed data transfer
- Mixed-signal design
- Verification methodologies (e.g., UVM) and infrastructure for test benches (SystemVerilog/SystemC)
- Scripting for design automation (e.g., Python, Perl, TCL)
- ASIC synthesis
- Motivating, communicative and innovating personality
- Self-driven and hands-on way of working
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Team-Player
Good to have and required to learn:
- Experience in automotive reliability applications
- PMP or IPMA certification
- Experience in collaboration with distributed development teams at different location
