Description

– Perform in-process and final quality inspections of documents
– Monitor compliance with job specifications, Quality and completeness
– Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions
– Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to supervisors
– Enforce adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
– Investigate root causes of defects or deviations and participate in corrective/preventive action planning (CAPA)
– Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce quality incidents
– Provide input on quality training and help develop standard operating procedures
– Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments

– Experience in quality assurance or quality control in a production environment
– Vocational trainingin quality management, or a technical field
– Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in high-volume document production
– Knowledge of document production and processes
– Understanding of quality management systems and relevant industry standards
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP/QMS tools)
