  • Monitoring and ensuring our quality standards in production and the stores.
  • Carrying out and documenting hygiene checks in accordance with HACCP and food law requirements.
  • Training and support for our employees in the areas of hygiene and quality.
  • Participation in the optimization of workflows and processes.
  • Creation of reports and evaluations for quality assurance.

  • Completed training or professional experience in the field of quality management, food technology or comparable.
  • Knowledge of food standards such as HACCP and the International Featured Standard (IFS) as well as food law requirements.
  • Structured and conscientious way of working with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy actively shaping processes.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a family-run company.
