We, the Customer Operations Team, develop IT solutions that support the Daimler Truck Aftersales organization. This requires modern solutions for support, knowledge management and data analysis.

Your tasks will be:

  • As a Quality & Process Manager, you are responsible for defining the test management process, designing/preparing tests, and conducting and coordinating tests together with a service provider
  • You define the collaboration model between the various stakeholders (Business Partner, Product Owner, external suppliers)
  • Your area of responsibility includes qualitative evaluation of the quality situation and derivation of recommendations for testing
  • In addition, you ensure overarching quality management for projects and system operation in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
  • Further development of existing IT-related reports for defect and test management, application management and operations together with internal and external partners
  • You support the team in the error analysis of implemented business processes.

You will need to:

  • Degree (informatics, business informatics, mathematics, economics or similar) or comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in test and quality management, test methodology, experience in test automation and test data
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the specification, planning and implementation of agile IT projects and in application management
  • In-depth IT knowledge and knowledge of the corresponding modern IT technologies (cloud, APIs, web services, database technologies, etc.)
  • Process knowledge and experience in customer service or roadside assistance are advantageous
  • German and English proficiency
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and high level of commitment
  • Result-oriented, independent work with a strong team orientation
