Whether you’re a seasoned expert or a rising star looking for new challenges, to continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Recruiting Manager (with focus on Tech-Recruiting) to help drive our growth and attract the right top talents to Avelios.

  • Own the entire recruiting process: This includes every step from creating job descriptions, finding new talents, evaluating candidate profiles, conducting job interviews, and creating contract offers
  • Support the hiring managers through the entire recruiting process and ensure a great candidate experience for our candidates
  • Identify top talents on LinkedIn and attract them to join our journey. You also continuously develop new ideas for contacting candidates
  • Maintain all processes in our HR-tool Personio
  • Implement scalable recruiting processes for our further team expansion and drive automation

  • Degree in business administration, social sciences, (business) psychology or in a comparable field of study
  • First experience in recruiting for a tech startup or a recruiting agency including usage of LinkedIn for direct search as well as finding and attracting top talents
  • Reliable and open personality with a hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills
  • Interest in HR and organizational topics and first initial working experience
  • Desire to work in a startup and comfortable to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English as well as experienced with MS Office
