Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) Western Germany

As a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d), you’ll play a crucial role in driving volume, distribution, merchandising, and pricing performance across your designated markets. You’ll work with a range of exciting products, including wines, spirits, and other beverages from brands like Luc Belair, Bumbu, and the Deacon.

Your responsibilities will include managing all business channels for these products, both on- and off-premise; building and maintaining strong relationships with importers and major customers; developing and executing sales programs with importers; and managing sales budgets and marketing programs to achieve key performance indicators.

  • Foster strong connections with importers and distributors to ensure continuous brand visibility and attention
  • Work seamlessly within the importer’s structure, offering support, guidance, and motivation to teams
  • Help develop and execute the annual sales plan for your territory in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  • Oversee the brand portfolio in Northern Germany, engaging with accounts and promoting brands through regional travel
  • Work with importers to manage inventory, prevent stockouts, and plan for future growth
  • Implement consumer activation programs, including product sampling and demos in various settings
  • Build and maintain relationships with importer personnel at all levels
  • Ensure the planning and implementation of sales and marketing programs across markets
  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and managing sales budgets
  • Manage the planning and execution of price structures and shelf prices in the market

  • Proven experience in account growth and development within the spirits industry
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze metrics for informed decision-making
  • Excellent organizational skills, adept at prioritization in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ambitious mindset with a passion for driving positive change
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility with irregular working hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Proficiency in both English and German
