– Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our French-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
– Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
– Review of the submitted claims for damages

Primary Job Responsibilities Your qualifications: – Fluency in French (C2-level) and English (B2-level)
– Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
– PC literacy
– Previous customer service experience preferable
– Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
– Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
– Empathetic and socially competent personality
You have the following requirements for working from home:
– A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)
– An Internet connection with a speed of 16 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream (in a shared Internet household, the performance should be significantly faster!)
– A computer that is connected directly to the Internet via a router. This must support NAT (Network Address Translation), have a firewall component and ideally be connected to the home network with IPv4.
– A quiet, lockable room to work in and an ergonomic workstation
– Your place of residence must be in Germany
