At P7S1 Digital Platforms, you’ll be joining AdTech where innovation and creativity are key in driving lucrative monetization and a seamless user experience across multiple platforms. In this position, you work within our hybrid model “Highly Remote”. You can work mostly remote within Germany. You can find all information here.

The contractually agreed place of work will be Unterföhring near Munich or Berlin. Possible travel costs to the place of work will not be reimbursed.

What you can expect in this role

  • As part of this role, you will integrate and optimize advertising technologies like ad servers or multi-SSPs, leading our shift towards more efficient programmatic advertising and enhancing revenue
  • Your responsibility will be to design sustainable concepts for scalable advertising solutions, ensuring a monetization uplift without neglecting the user experience on all platforms of Joyn and our digital TV channels
  • Collaboration will be seamless as you work with a seasoned cohort of developers, project managers, and solution engineers to autonomously drive innovation as a team
  • You will take ownership in your team and proactively drive forward our projects by gaining expertise in technical and business requirements to pursue solutions
  • Intensive communication with internal product departments and external service providers will be required as you fully clarify requirements when writing precise and comprehensible tickets for our developers
  • You will be responsible for delivering frequent, KPI-driven product iterations, focusing on pragmatic solutions and enabling performance analysis

  • You hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, Media Engineering, or equivalent, providing a strong technical background
  • Your experience spans several years as a requirements engineer resp. equivalent role or software developer reorienting yourself, ideally honing your skills in an online or digital company setting
  • You quickly familiarize yourself with complex problems and are highly communicative to discuss precisely and comprehensibly
  • You enjoy working in an agile team, excel in cross-team collaboration and take responsibility end to end
  • You are proficient in English and have good German language skills
