At the headquarters in Ottobrunn near Munich, the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops, produces and markets advanced drive systems for two brands: FAZUA with the focus on pioneering compact lightweights for agile e-bikes and under the brand name Porsche exceptionally powerful drive systems. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that has transformed the cycling industry in 2017 with its innovative drive system for agile, compact, lightweight (and extremely good looking) e-bikes. Since July 2022, we are a part of the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH through the takeover by Porsche AG. Our diverse, open-minded, ambitious (and fun) team is constantly seeking new, inspiring talents who will help us push boundaries to shape the future of e-bike technology.

  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and new service partners such as distributors or customer support providers to support Porsche eBike Performance in scaling its services in an international environment
  • You will manage our service providers based on volume forecasts, training and the provision of appropriate documentation
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring KPIs and deriving joint measures with the aim of ensuring consistently high customer satisfaction
  • You ensure the constant availability of spare parts in the respective markets
  • You act as the contact person in customer support for non-German-speaking bicycle manufacturers, including technical advice and the provision of reports and service information. As the main point of contact for service requests, you will coordinate regular appointments and ensure that all customer concerns are dealt with promptly on the manufacturer side
  • You will develop and implement strategies to expand our international partner network in order to improve our market position
  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, pricing and terms to achieve common business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service, sales, marketing, quality, product management, R&D, to drive partner initiatives and product launches

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international business management, a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Ideally you have at least 3 years of professional experience in international sales/ support, business development, or partner management
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels and retail operations, preferably in the bicycle or outdoor industry
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Fluency in English and at least one other foreign language
