  • Portfolio Development: Establish and sustainably grow the portfolio of online-bookable campsites across the BeNeLux region

  • Account Management: Manage a fixed portfolio of existing partners and process assigned partner leads

  • Marketplace Optimization: Align supply and demand to optimize the marketplace for campers

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with local campsite groups and tourism industry stakeholders

  • Process Improvement: Actively contribute solutions to simplify and further develop digital processes for partners

  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development

  • Languages: Native-level proficiency in Dutch and a solid command of English (minimum B2 level)

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry terms such as PMS and Channel Manager

  • Soft Skills: Strong service orientation combined with a structured and organized work style

  • Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of German or French is an advantage

We are offering this position via direct placement:

  • Attractive Compensation: A target salary between €65,000 and €75,000 per year
