Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role that fuels customer growth? As a Sales Analyst in the German Retail Key Account team, you’ll collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and Group Account Managers, driving impactful strategies through continuous customer analysis, KPI reporting, and actionable insights. Your mission? Enhancing customer relationships and optimizing performance through the customer plans and presentations you will be preparing and the tools you will be implementing.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and Improving Customer Scorecards – Dive into data to create robust customer scorecards that drive success. Identify key metrics, trends, and opportunities to enhance our performance and perform regular data exchange with customers (e.g. turnover reports).
  • Preparing Customer-Specific Material – Gather data from internal and external databases (such as SAP, Mapis, and Globus Extra-net) to craft tailored materials for crucial interactions with customers at annual negotiations and visits. Prepare regular and specific price calculations and offers.
  • Continuous Improvement and Collaboration – Develop, implement, and enhance reporting tools and work together with the Revenue Growth Management team,
  • Ensuring Precise Rebate Accounting and Data Management – Track, validate, and communicate to maintain accurate rebate accounting and send all invoices to be authorized and signed off by the Key Account Manager (KAM).
  • Additional Responsibilities for Sales Success – Implement and control distribution, promotions, and allowances budgets in close collaboration with KAM and Group Account Managers (GAM).

  • A University Degree & first working experience/internship in a commercial function.
  • An analytical mindset, coupled with a proactive, result-oriented attitude and a focus on customer/service experience.
  • Basic understanding of German retail environment.
  • Advanced German and English language knowledge.
  • An advanced MS-Office knowledge, SAP knowledge would be beneficial.
