Akelius Technology drives the digitalization of property and asset management in multiple countries with a strong focus on the European market, Germany especially, and North America.

Akelius Technology has developed a suite of 20 applications in the real estate domain. We are offering the applications as software-as-a-service. Additionally, we also offer consulting services.

We are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong hands-on mentality who wants to build up our sales and marketing strategies and operations.

You will be based in our Berlin office.

  • marketing on LinkedIn including creation of campaigns and expert articles
  • fair representation and preparations, we want to attend about 6-8 fairs / year
  • performing pitch management activities
  • conducting warm and cold calls
  • creation and maintenance of pitch deck and marketing materials
  • market analysis, product market fit analysis, competitor analysis

  • Bachelor’s degree in BWL, Business Administration, Economy, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • minimum of 2 years of working experience
  • big plus if you worked for start ups
  • big plus if you have background in real estate
  • proven experience in sales of software-as-a-service products
  • strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles and best practices
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for collaboration and spreading knowledge
  • fluent in written and spoken English and German
