DIMATE is a software technology company that develops intelligent solutions for the digitalization of material testing, inspection and maintenance in industry. Our systems form the basis for end-to-end digital inspection processes and artificial intelligence projects such as Digital Twin, Predictive Maintenance or Automated Defect Recognition. We want to make safety-relevant components and industrial plants safer, more durable and more efficient.
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Lead Qualification : Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Use established criteria to determine if a lead is a good fit for further engagement
- Explore New Verticals : Proactively explore and identify potential interest in solutions within other verticals outside of oil and gas, such as manufacturing
- Meetings/Product Demonstrations : Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with key decision-makers or influencers. Properly document meetings in the CRM and ensure alignment with sales strategies
- Revenue Contribution : Convert qualified leads into closed opportunities and document successful deals in the CRM
- New Vertical Exploration : Identify and qualify leads in at least two new verticals annually
Skills Required
- Language Proficiency : Good written and spoken English and German (level C1)
- Outreach Tools : Familiar with outreach tools such as CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build relationships and rapport with potential clients
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyse leads and identify potential opportunities based on their needs and budget
- Time Management : Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
- Technical Proficiency : Basic understanding of software and IT solutions, preferably in the NDT or related industries
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology sector. (Experience with Oil and Gas industry is an advantage)
- Good understanding of NDT processes and Oil and Gas industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
