We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team.

In this role, you will be a key technical advisor and trusted consultant, helping prospects and customers understand how our product solves real challenges and guiding them through the entire buying journey – from the first conversation to technical onboarding. You will confidently operate at the intersection of customers, the sales team, and product management to ensure our solutions address business needs effectively.

  • Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and uncover technical requirements
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase how our solution addresses customer goals
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proof of concepts and solution workshops to demonstrate how our product fits each customer’s unique requirements and accelerates their decision-making
  • Lead technical discussions and guide prospects through solution architecture, integrations, and best practices
  • Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and proof of concepts
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners and serve as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to Product Management and Engineering
  • Support enablement activities, including creating technical documentation and reusable demo assets
  • Represent the company at events, trade fairs, webinars, and workshops

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or similar role
  • You bring hands-on experience in software development or architecture with a strong technical foundation in modern software development practices and technologie
  • You have excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audience
  • You have a high level of empathy and curiosity; you enjoy understanding customer needs and pain points
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English & German
