As a Senior Sales Manager Food at va-Q-tec, you’ll drive international sales of innovative reusable thermal packaging systems across the UK and Europe. Work closely with leading e-grocery and logistics partners, leverage your industry network, and lead strategic business development projects to success.

All Details on the Position: Experience Required: At least 3 years of professional experience in technical B2B sales (Retail / E-Grocery / Cold Chain / Packaging) Proven track record in complex solution selling Understanding of logistics & temperature-controlled distribution (Retail / FMCG / E-Com) Established network within food retail and e-grocery players, ideally in investment goods, (last mile) logistics, or procurement Skills Technical
Required: Hunter mentality Established network in Food Retail / E-Grocery Strategic, resilient mindset Complex solution selling Advantageous: experience with/at intralogistics providers/integrators (e.g. KNAPP, SSI Schäfer, AutoStore, Dematic) Network in capital goods, (last-mile) logistics or procurement Deep logistics / cold-chain expertise
