We are now looking for a committed “Sales Manager (mfd)” o join our IA unit and drive the growth of Honeywell´s AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) business in Germany.
In this role, you will lead a regional channel sales team to achieve key sales objectives, driving strategic projects and initiatives. You will collaborate with top partners, enhance solution-focused sales and manage key marketing activities.

- Lead the regional sales team to meet defined sales targets
- Collaborate with key partners to drive solution sales and cross-selling initiatives
- Manage pipeline performance through structured plans and strategic partner engagement.
- Launch and manage programs with new Gold Partners, aligning with local market needs.
- Coach team members, assess gaps and develop personalized growth plans
- Define metrics and oversee partner marketing activities and development spending
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and extensive sales experience in Auto ID / Supply Chain domain with a strong understanding of the German market
- Proven success in driving channel partner and distribution partner sales
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to market trends and drive performance
- Full proficiency in German and English
