As a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate (40%), you’ll play a key role in enhancing our market visibility and driving business growth.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers through timely and effective communication.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Support company visibility through strategic marketing campaigns and promotional materials creation.
• Oversee event planning, trade shows, conferences, and partner meetings, including logistics and coordination.
• Assist in internal sales and customer management processes, supporting lead generation and follow-up initiatives.

Requirements

Your Expertise

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in German (B2-C1) and English (B2), with a strong preference for German language proficiency.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and cloud-based office applications.
• The ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
