  • Field expert: You are a doer not only a strategist. You follow a complete sales cycle, frequently getting your hands dirty and traveling on sites.
  • Explorer: You are bringing new products to new markets, testing new sales practices, and adapting to changes quickly. Dealing with rejection and uncertainty boosts your motivation instead of causing stress.
  • Sales Manager: You are guiding, executing, and motivating sales efforts within Europe, the UK, and the US. Your role involves delivering crucial sales objectives, discovering new customers and closing them. You are a team player and not afraid of responsibilities.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a sales representative
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a related field or MBA
  • Working experience in a startup is a strong plus
  • Experience in a high-tech hardware/robotics company is a strong plus
  • Experience in energy and/or construction sectors is a strong plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ready to travel up to 50% of the time all across Europe and North America
  • Ready to relocate to Munich
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent working style
