Position Summary Role: Scientific & Commercial Liaison (f/m/d) Focus: Turning complex medical & biological insights into actionable commercial strategies and partner success Team: As part of the medical team, you collaborate closely with business development, product, and R&D

You’ll work on:

  • Acting as the trusted scientific interface to pharma & biotech partners
  • Translating clinical/biological findings into compelling strategies, materials, and narratives that support sales and partnerships.
  • Connecting market signals to our product roadmap so innovation and go-to-market reinforce each other.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own RFPs from pharma/biotech: coordinate inputs, craft winning scientific/commercial narratives, and submit on time.
  • Deal support as SME: join calls with potential and existing customers, shape proposals, and remove scientific blockers to close revenue.
  • Publications & conferences: support preparation, submission, and presentation of high-impact scientific content.
  • Market intelligence: build and maintain a living view of drug development pipelines, trials, and opportunities aligned to Mindpeak’s strategy.
  • Early engagements: lead/participate in initial partner conversations and shape next steps.
  • Marketing enablement: co-create slides, briefs, and LinkedIn-ready pieces that make our value crystal clear.

  • Master’s degree Molecular Biology (or related field), PhD is a plus
  • Initial industry experience (research-adjacent, strategic, or commercial environment)
