Quality Specialist (m/f/d)
Become part of SECO Northern Europe. At our locations in Hamburg, Wuppertal, Stuttgart, and Chennai/India, we are a team of around 190 employees. Together, we develop and produce state-of-the-art technological solutions, from miniaturized computers to fully customized integrated systems that combine hardware and software.
- Carefully analyzing and prioritizing customer requirements to develop optimal solutions.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive quality concepts and measures to ensure quality standards in new product development.
- Applying quality management techniques such as APQP with FMEA and Control Plan during sampling.
- Creating and updating control plans during both the prototype and series production phases.
- Preparing and communicating requirements for partial sampling with suppliers.
- Leading and coordinating quality improvement projects and preparing relevant reports.
- Handling customer complaints using the 8D method.
- Conducting and leading internal and external audits to ensure quality standards.
- Actively contributing to the internal quality management system and conducting internal audits.
- Strategic quality planning: developing and implementing strategic plans for the long-term improvement of product and process quality.
- A successfully completed degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in quality management
- Additional professional qualifications, such as DGQ Quality Representative or comparable certifications.
- Solid methodological competence in sampling according to automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, PPF).
- Extensive experience in the application and implementation of ISO 9001 certification and IATF tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and, ideally, experience with quality management software.
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
