The Customer Advisory team for S/4HANA and Finance in Middle and Eastern Europe owns the topic of CFO-driven Enterprise Transformation. It advises customers and sales stakeholders on transformation programs and solution capabilities related to the S/4HANA and Line-of-Business Finance portfolio, including Governance, Risk & Compliance.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As a Senior Solution Advisor for Governance, Risk & Compliance, you will take a functional leadership role, providing expertise and advisory to our clients and ensuring the success of the related SAP portfolio. You will be instrumental in communicating the value proposition of SAP’s GRC capabilities and its related innovations around AI and Cloud, ensuring our clients’ compliance frameworks meet regulatory requirements while driving operational efficiency.
Key tasks include:
- Process Advisory: Provide expert process advisory to key stakeholders, ensuring that governance, risk, and compliance processes are optimized and meet industry standards.
- Innovation Demonstration: Demonstrate high-impact innovation capabilities, showcasing the business value of SAP’s GRC portfolio.
- Business Development Initiatives: Plan and execute strategic business development initiatives to grow the GRC practice, identifying new opportunities and potentials.
- Collaboration with Partners: Create and coordinate joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with the Big Four consultancy firms and other key strategic partners, enhancing our market presence and collaborative capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience (5+ years) in Governance, Risk & Compliance; related SAP experience in any of the subsequent areas is of advantage (Enterprise Risk & Compliance: Identity and Access Governance; Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Privacy; International Trade Management)
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Proficiency in both English and German, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, innovative approach with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex GRC challenges.
