Description

As Senior B2B Account Manager you will be responsible for developing our B2B sales strategy in DACH and driving growth in your designated customer segments. Your main goal is to acquire new customers through sales measures that you define on a strategic level and then rigorously execute. You will be collaborating with company-wide stakeholders and senior leadership and have a pivotal role in shaping our new business area. The position is unlimited and located in Munich.

  • independently build up and grow one of our B2B target customer segments (Interior Designer, Property Developer, Offices, Hotels)
  • define a strategy for customer acquisition and growth and convert this strategy into an actionable plan with clear KPIs
  • drive the growth of the B2B area, working with leaders across the company to bring large B2B projects to life and support setting up the required processes
  • become the company-wide expert for your target customer group
  • develop retention and upselling initiatives for your customer segment and integrate this into the overall B2B retention and upselling strategy
  • monitor customer satisfaction metrics and work to improve customer satisfaction levels
  • take part in discussions with Senior Leadership at Westwing and prepare key communication material for the Head of B2B as well as the Group’s CEO and Executive Team

  • 5+ years of professional experience with proven track record in business development and Key Account Management in B2B Furniture, Home & Living, or Lifestyle
  • thorough understanding and experience working with one of the target customer segments (Interior Designer, Property Developer, Offices, Hotels)
  • entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality to grow revenue of your customer segments at high customer satisfaction levels
  • ability to structure and manage complex cross-company projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
  • experienced in working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple topics at once without compromising on quality or speed
  • excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
  • fluency in German and English (more languages are advantageous)
