Conceptual creative development and prompt realization of complex, often bilingual design projects

Taking an active, responsible part in planning, scoping and executing communication projects from start to finish in the allocated time budget – be that designing a CI, a campaign or presenting deliverables to our clients

Creating digital and analogue design and comms solutions with a compelling user experience

Working on future-oriented topics as part of a strategic consulting team: adding the communication perspective and visual storytelling expertise

Being part of an interdisciplinary team at a small agency – working on other projects as needed, especially in communication and graphic design

Working autonomously and in direct contact with our clients and external partners

Designing any kind of print or digital document with great attention to detail, especially prepress files

Being an active part of creative client workshops

University degree and 5+ years working experience in graphic and communications design

Distinctive conceptual strength, high design standards, sound creative stance, bright creative thinking and willingness to take on responsibility

Strong ability to think, conceptualize and design across media: typography, print, online, mobile & social – using professional Adobe Creative Suit & PPT skills

The work is interdisciplinary and across categories, so open-mindedness, affinity for digital media, branding and some technological understanding are key

The ability to become familiar with new topics and to tackle varying tasks independently with a hands-on approach is required as we believe in flat hierarchies

Good communication skills: fluent in German and English, written and spoken. Proficiency in another language is always welcome.
